Each year the membership of the Independent Film Critics of America gather to vote in the IFCA Awards. Yours truly is a member and board member of the IFCA. Below are the categories that are recognized. In addition to the IFCA Awards, one film and one performance with the “Inspiratus” award. This very special category recognizes a motion picture and actor/actress performance that the critics has deemed truly “Inspirational” and one that will stand the test of time.

The HCA, along with a trio of celebrity presenters, named the voted picks for the 2023 HCA Film Awards on the official HCA YouTube channel. The prestigious ceremony will be live-streamed on the same official channel and HCA App from the historic Beverly Wilshire in Los Angeles on Friday, February 24th beginning at 6 p.m. PST / 9 p.m. EST.
